Welcome to Quranic Path. By accessing our website at quranicpath.co.uk or enrolling in any of our online courses, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Quranic Path provides online one-on-one Quran, Tajweed, Hifz, Arabic language, and Islamic Studies classes delivered via video call platforms including Zoom, Skype, and Google Meet.
2. Free Trial Class
- We offer one free trial class per student. The trial is 30 minutes long.
- No payment or credit card is required to book a trial.
- The free trial is intended for new students only and cannot be claimed more than once per household.
- We reserve the right to decline a trial booking at our discretion.
3. Enrolment and Payment
- After the trial, continued enrolment requires selection of a monthly package.
- Fees are charged monthly in advance. Payment is due before the start of each billing cycle.
- We accept payment in GBP, USD, CAD, and AUD depending on your country of residence.
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Students must give at least 6 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a class.
- Classes cancelled with less than 6 hours' notice will be counted as attended.
- Teachers may occasionally need to reschedule; in such cases, a make-up lesson will be arranged.
- If you need to pause your enrolment, please notify us at least 7 days in advance.
5. Refund Policy
- Monthly fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
- If you are dissatisfied with your teacher, we will arrange a replacement at no extra charge.
- In the event of a prolonged illness or emergency, please contact us and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
6. Conduct and Behaviour
We expect all students and parents/guardians to:
- Treat teachers with respect at all times
- Ensure a suitable, quiet learning environment during lessons
- Not record lessons without the teacher's prior consent
- Not share login credentials or class links with others
We reserve the right to terminate enrolment without refund if these standards are not met.
7. Child Safeguarding
The safety of children is our highest priority.
- All teachers undergo a thorough vetting process before joining our team.
- Parents or guardians are encouraged to be present during a child's lesson, particularly in the initial weeks.
- Teachers will not communicate directly with students under 18 outside of scheduled lesson times without parental consent.
- Any safeguarding concerns should be reported to us immediately at info@quranicpath.co.uk.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, course materials and teaching resources — is the intellectual property of Quranic Path and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without our written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
We strive to provide high-quality teaching, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as full Quran completion by a particular date. Progress depends on the student's dedication, consistency and learning ability.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quranic Path shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our services.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
